Forms of Payment Order Processing Backorders Sales Tax Shipping Returns and Refunds Order Cancellation
Forms of Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through PayPal, and no PayPal account is required. We can also accept payment directly from your PayPal account, which is the most secure payment method on the Internet. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at checkout.
Certain promotional discounts may require payment of the full purchase price at the time of sale, but will result in a refund to your credit card or PayPal account for the promotional amount within 24 hours of the purchase. Return to top
Order Processing We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt, and we will usually ship within 48 hours. Occasionally, however, there may be unusual circumstances when it may take longer. You will be notified in the event of an extended delay. Return to top
Backorders On the rare occasion when an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours with our best estimate of the date we expect to ship the product to you. If there are any additional delays, you will be notified. You may cancel your order, if desired, and have the entire purchase price refunded. Return to top
Sales Tax We are required by law to charge 6.5% sales tax on all purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Illinois. Return to top
Shipping Standard ground shipping is free on all purchases to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping estimates to Alaska and Hawaii will be provided upon request. We do not ship to International addresses or U.S. possessions.
Expedited shipping may be available on certain products for an additional charge upon request. Expedited handling may also be available for an additional charge upon request.
We will verify that the name and address on your order matches the name and address on your credit card account. If they do not match, we will contact you for clarification, and shipment may be delayed.
Some items and/or methods of shipment cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you provide such an address for delivery of your purchase, and we determine that we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you for alternate shipping instructions. Return to top
Returns and Refunds To make sure you are completely satisfied, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell.
If, at any time within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you can return it, undamaged and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
If, upon our inspection, the product is found to be damaged, you will be notified by email of our opinion of its condition, and the refundable portion of the total purchase price to which we feel you are entitled. Per your decision via return email, we will either refund the agreed upon amount, or return the item to you at our expense without refund.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, simply send us an email with "Request for RMA" in the subject line. In the body of the email provide your name and phone number, the name of the item, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation as to why you were dissatisfied with it. Return to top
Order Cancellation We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, so any request for a cancellation of an order must also be made very quickly.
To request a cancellation, call us at (224) 513-5003. We will put a hold on shipping, if it has not shipped, and we will ask you to send us an email with "Order cancellation" in the subject line. In the body of the email provide your name and phone number, the name of the item, and the date of purchase.
If the item has not been shipped, we will provide a 100% refund of all charges.
If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Upon receipt of the item you may request a refund per the Returns and Refunds policy stated above. Return to top
